Phyto Elixir
About 20 minutes, before washing
Apply a small amount to the scalp and spread gently. It can also be extended to the lengths and ends as needed.
Leave on for approximately 20 minutes before washing, then wash hair with Herbal Therapy.
Purify
Herbal Therapy Shampoo
In the shower
Apply to wet hair and scalp. Gently massage with fingertips until it foams. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
Treat
Follicle Therapy
20 to 30 minutes, then rinse
Apply directly to the scalp, distributing the product section by section. Gently massage with fingertips to encourage even application.
Leave on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Refresh
Herbal Density
Daily, preferably at night · no rinse
Can be used daily, preferably at night, or after washing, on a clean and dry or slightly damp scalp.
Part the hair into sections and apply directly to the scalp, especially in the areas to be treated. Gently massage with fingertips until distributed.
No rinsing required.

Exchanges and orders
Can I return or exchange a product?
As these are cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We only exchange a product that arrived broken, shown with the evidence described below.
My order arrived broken. What should I do?
Write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the evidence that it arrived broken. Once we have reviewed it, we will send you a new product at no cost.
What evidence do I need?
An uncut video showing you opening the parcel and the broken product, plus photos of the parcel, the product and the shipping label. Without the video we cannot process the exchange.
Will I get my money back?
We do not issue money refunds: if a product arrived broken, we replace it with a new one. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once an order has been placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I pay on delivery?
No. We do not offer cash on delivery: we only ship orders once payment has been confirmed.
How do I request an exchange?
Write to us through the contact form with your order number, the video and the photos. We will confirm the exchange and tell you the next steps.
